They bring the island life philosophy of creating connections to people, food and culture to South Bank’s busy precinct. Using a variety of Jamaican & Caribbean Flavours & cooking methods, Barbossa kitchen is able to create a variety of foods that represent the taste of the Caribbean.

Barbossa bar can cater for any type of event including corporate meetings, birthdays, engagements, weddings, elopements, reunions, farewells, social group gatherings, breakfast meetings, product launches or anything that requires celebrating.
