Inspired by the mouth-watering comfort food of New York’s alleyway, Melt Brothers have reinvented the good old Aussie toasty and with a contemporary twist.

Their selection of gooey cheesy toasties are innovative and delicious. With Simple and fresh ingredients on artisan sourdough bread, this modern sandwich shop have created gourmet sandwiches that will make your mouth water when you are ordering at the counter.

For $8.50, The Holy Cheezus is made from ham off the bone, tomato chutney mozzarella and aged cheese. They also offer Loaded Gems with homemade seasoning and topped with cheese sauce, crispy bacon bits and spring onion for $5.80.  Melt Brothers offers a range of soft drink as well as espresso coffee sourced from our local friends at Fonzie Abbott.

Additionally, there’s something for everyone here as The Melt’s Brother’s Menu also has vegan and gluten free toasty options too!
