Ze Pickle is an industrial space with contemporary furnishings in the heart of Fortitude Valley.  Located on a back street, there are polished concrete floors, an impressive seating area and a cosy nook for intimate group bookings. The entrance boasts an all seasons veranda to while away the hours.

The bustling, full table service restaurant & bar serves up some of the best and most unique burgers in Brisbane.  All the sauces and the beef offerings are carefully produced in their ZP Lab giving them complete control of quality and that home-made taste.  In fact the slogan “often imitated never duplicated” was handed to them by some die hard ZP fans via social media and they work hard to uphold the title.

Ze Pickle caters for all burger lovers, in addition to massive burgers for those that like a challenge, there are also vegetarian and gluten free options available.

The killer craft beer selection is housed over 12 taps.  There are seasonal offerings as well as local favourites and the staff have expert knowledge of what is currently on tap.

There is a first-class cocktail list, great wines and a prime selection of Tequila’s to enjoy in a super friendly, unpretentious atmosphere.

The team must warn you that dessert should ALWAYS be on your agenda when visiting.  The servings are generous and can easily be shared.

While bookings aren’t essential, they are best for larger groups, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
