Creative studio of large size and open plan type of about 95m2. It has toilets, AC, tables, chairs and a fridge. Full of natural light, wooden floors and white walls that had just been painted. Street parking is possible, and 3-4 vehicle private parking is also available. In a very nice, community-friendly area of Highgate Hill, Brisbane, next to a cafe.
